City have completed the signing of 21 year old Vietnamese defender Ngô Tùng Quốc.  Tùng Quốc was recently part of the Vietnamese U23 squad that prepared for the 2019 Asian Cup.  This signing illustrates the owners (Binh Minh Group) desire to bring top quality Vietnamese players to the club.  Ngô Tùng Quốc has recently been plying his trade for recently relegated XSKT Cần Thơ F.C. where he played 36 times between 2017 and 2018 scoring once for the Southern side.  www.hcmcfc.net would like to welcome Tùng Quốc to the team.
